ChartSnap AI Support
Contact support
Email support@chartsnap.ai with a short description of the issue, your app version, and your device model.
Never send passwords, sign-in links, verification codes, or payment card details. If a screenshot is necessary, crop or redact account names, balances, positions, and other sensitive information first.
Email supportSubscriptions and purchases
Restore a purchase
Use the same Apple Account that originally purchased ChartSnap PRO and look for Restore Purchases in the app. If you cannot find it or your access is not restored, contact support. Do not purchase again just to troubleshoot missing access.
Manage or cancel
Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, select Subscriptions, then select ChartSnap AI. To cancel, tap Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app or your ChartSnap AI account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.

Request a refund
For purchases billed by Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase. Apple reviews refund requests; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Analysis troubleshooting
- Make sure candles, the price scale, and the timeframe are visible.
- Avoid glare, severe perspective distortion, overlays, and cropped axes.
- Remove account information before uploading a chart.
- Try the original screenshot instead of a compressed image.
- If an analysis fails, note the error message and contact support.
AI-generated results can be inaccurate. Verify them independently before making decisions.
Account and data requests
For help accessing your account, or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email support@chartsnap.ai. Never forward an Apple or email sign-in link to support.
